Everyone was using the master key to get into their rooms. The refund wouldn’t be immediate, so there’s no way we could go elsewhere. They offered us a refund so we could go elsewhere, but we were traveling for medical appointments and on a limited budget. Coffee was also excellent, and breakfast seating was comfortable.When we arrived, we were informed that their machine to make key cards was not working. They also offered biscuit breakfast sandwiches that were hot, delicious, and fresh. Yogurt was fresh and cold, and the choices were good. It was much better than 3 years ago, and much MUCH better than the typical free hotel breakfast. The most noticeable change, for me, was to the free breakfast. My sleep wasn't that good that night, but much of that was due to a little anxiety over my meeting the following day. My objective was quiet, but I COULD hear the distant highway traffic. I asked for an upper floor and was given a room on the 6th floor (605). But I was tired, so decided to read and sleep. This one had way too many choices besides TV, and I could only manage to find a limited set of analog channels (on a flat screen digital). I just want to turn a TV on, find my favorite shows, and watch away. I don't remember the TV in 2009, but this time I found it too confusing. In that review I said I would choose this hotel again if I ever returned to the area, and that's exactly what I did. Except for the fact that my room started to show signs of wear, and except for the fabulous breakfast, nothing much has changed since my January 2009 review of this property.
